For several years I worked as an insurance attorney doing opinion letters, litigating cases involving insurance coverage issues, bad faith, and defending insureds in personal injury, products liability and medical malpractice cases. I have also worked for high end personal injury firms doing mass tort litigation, serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. I am now a sole practioner and work on a legal consultant basis with my hand still involved in litigation and consumer law. I contract out with other attorneys on various legal assignments, and coordinate my work with their work in areas of construction, corporate, asset planning, accident work and miscellaneous general practice areas. I am a court approved arbitrator and also perform negotiation and mediation as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution. I work directly with legal assistants and other support staff in the Bank Of Nevada Building,and I know most of the major law firms and legal support services available in Las Vegas and Reno. If I cannot help you I will see that you are referred to the person or firm who can. If I cannot do the work I will not accept it. I am actively licensed to practice law in Nevada and California, but I have practiced in federal and state courts in other states as well. I can supervise other attorneys, paralegals and legal support teams, including document management depositories, private investigators, process servers, local counsel and local affiliates. Payment Terms

I am an attorney licensed in Nevada and California. I am available for a variety of cases, to act as your local attorney, for law and motion practice, for "bundled legal services", for legal opinion letters, for referrals and to give referral fees, to get people out of jail or in "Michael Clayton" predicaments, to act as an agent or go between, to draft or obtain legal and/or review important documents or to file, certify, exemplify or record them, Available for consultation, deposition, examination under oath, court appearance or for creating or editing documents such as contracts, security agreements, deeds, Secretary Of State filings, notes, loans, forms, pleadings, orders, applications and motions. I practice primarily in Las Vegas, Nevada, but I am available for assignments elsewhere in the U.S.A. I am flexible with fee arrangements charging $250 an hour normally, but will take contingent and fixed fees as well as work on a contractor basis for a lower rate when support staff is provided by the client. I do the serious personal injury cases on a no-fee-unless-I-collect basis, however, I am open to all litigation, arbitration and mediation matters. I am a trained arbitrator and mediator and I have over 20 years of legal experience. I am kept on retainer by corporations, individuals, insurance companies and other clients, both domestic and foreign, and serve as these clients' resident agents, agent in Las Vegas and local attorney.
